While many dental offices are refusing to deal directly with your insurance company, Dr. Allen and Dr. Otto are still offering the service of accepting assignment of your dental benefits. This means no "up-front" expenses for you other than what your insurance does not cover. Your claims are submitted electronically at the time of your appointment and if immediate response is received, we will collect only what is not covered. If a response is not received, we will estimate your portion. (We accept payments in the form or cash, visa, mastercard, and debit cards.)

Your cooperation in paying your patient balance at the time of each appointment is necessary to our being able to continue to offer this service.

The only exception to this is in the case where the insurance company sends payment directly to you, the policy holder and not to us. Some employers have set up their benefits in this manner. In such cases, we ask that you pay us in full and the insurance will reimburse you.

Due to the new privacy of information act, Jan 2004, insurance companies will no longer give out your information to the dental offive. Therefore, If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please consult your benefits book, your employer’s benefits administrator, or call your insurance company.

SENIORS ARE SPECIAL:

For any senior patients (age 65 and older) with no insurance coverage, we give a 15% discount when the account is paid in full at the time of their appointment.
